I’m here to help you discover both nutritious and delicious new foods, learn more about that awesome body you’re living in, and explore new ways to be happier, healthier, and more inspired by life.
After I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition I worked in a busy health food store preparing vegan meals and advising on supplements, but after a few years I wanted to have more in depth conversations with people about their individual wellness. I tried practicing and seeing clients for a while at a busy Wellness Center, but it never quite felt ‘right’ and after little over a year we parted ways. I did however learn a lot, and realized I wanted to reach out and help more people, in a bigger way.
This website is my way of sharing information that I have already collected, as well as everything that is to come; with anyone else who, like me, wants more. To feel more vibrant, be more strong and fit, and live the happiest life they can – for as long as possible. My primary focus is on nutrition and lifestyle, although I’ll talk about anything from physical fitness to spiritual wellness. I firmly believe that true lasting wellness is about finding balance in life.
As you can see this is a work in progress – every week I will be logging recipes, writing about everything there is to discover about wellness, and hoping to encourage, excite, and empower people to take control of their own health and happiness.
It takes bravery to open up to another person about your story. It can be hard to talk about our struggles, but asking for advice or simply an outside perspective can sometimes be all you need to start down a brighter path. I hope this website does this for you, and brings new discoveries in learning about your body’s needs and your spirit’s yearnings for balance. Everybody’s path is a little different, but we are all in this journey together. I am truly passionate about helping others find their way on their own individual path to finding balance.
